Olavi liked to built since childhood. Therefore, he did not think long after high school what to do in his life futher. He went to TTK University of Applied Sciences to study construction.
Alongsides studies he started to work since 2003 with most successful Estonian construction companies. He has built several well-known buildings is Estonia.
He has built the largest office building in the Baltics called Tammsaare Ärikeskus in Tallinn.
